PRE-TREATMENT
Removal of dirty soil is an absolute necessity prior to the coating process. This will ensure a professional finish and smooth coated surface.
POWDER APPLICATION
After the pre-treatment the powder is applied to the metal objects by spraying the powder using an electrostatic gun, which makes the powder stick to the surface.
CURING PROCESS
The curing process requires a certain temperature and length of time to reach full cure for which the material was designed.
COLOURS
We offer a wide range of colours for you to choose from as well as different finishes such as high gloss, matte, metallic, grainy matte and speckled.
SHOT BLASTING
Shot blasting / Abrasive blasting / Sandblasting is when we propell a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth the surface area or to remove surface contaminants.
